What is an expert valuation?
The designated expert will include in his report all factors
pertaining to the quality, authenticity and value of the object in question:
- Full name of the object
- Description of style
- Description of the component materials
- Current condition with precise details of any restoration work other than standard maintenance
- Dimensions
- Indication of the period of construction.
- Upon request, the expert can assess the cost of replacement.
